Earl Todd Barbecue is a dude that used to cater and do mobile vending, but has decided to just have fun driveway barbecues.
Traditional pit-smoked barbecue cooked with Colorado applewood, Missouri hickory, Texas post oak, and live fire. Add the usual free beer/pull up a camp chair atmosphere, and you've got yourself a dang barbecue.
